The following shots where taken inside UDK. Lightng, Fx and some props were made by Luca Marchetti. This is a Work in Progress.
These are some of the texture sheets used for the wall pieces, the ceiling, cables, grates, and vents.
These are high-poly subdivision models made inside Maya. I then baked them on low-poly geometry.
This asset isn't included in the inveronment yet, but since I've finished the low poly already, here are some renders of the high-poly model.
The following is the result of retopology, normal map baking and a pass of normal detailing made in photoshop to add smaller details. The shots were taken from Maya high quality viewport.
